Re: Worries grow that quarantine in China not enough to stem increasingly virulent coronavirus

I wish we could get some accurate information. Some are saying this will be far less of a problem than the seasonal flu. Others are saying that China is covering up mass carnage, and burning so many bodies that they can see a noticeable amount of gas from it. I suspect the reality is somewhere in be...

I find it odd that so much press time has been spent on Meghan and Harry's Canadian adventure, and almost nobody is talking about this. Maybe they are afraid.

LOL! I think he has ruined his own career. I don't know what he was thinking.

Mark thinks he just wanted to have his name in history as the one Senator who voted against his party in an impeachment hearing.

Re: Who would make the best CPC leader, and why?

Hi SUZANNE! I agree with you. The CPC has made it pretty clear that they are not open to social conservatives. Even more in recent days. Maybe it is time to leave? The PPC spooks me a bit because they haven't done a lot of the official party organization stuff (constitution etc). Some people I know ...

I don't know, Duane.

Rush looked very ill. I thought it was a good thing they did it on the spot because I have a bad feeling about his longevity. :-(

I have to admit, the surprise and joy on his face made me tear up, too. But, I have always been a Rush fan.

Re: Who would make the best CPC leader, and why?

I think a lot rides on who wins this leadership race. If it is MacKay, or another red tory, I think there will be momentum to grow the PPC (or another option).

We (FD) would be in a good position to help grow that if the government doesn't deny us a website license. :D

#MayorCheat and #BernieWon are trending. Gonna be a fun news day!

As word came out that Mayor Pete helped fund the Iowa caucus app that Donna Brazile claimed "overheated" during last night's election debacle, disgruntled Bernie supporters took to Twitter to accuse Buttigeig of cheating. The software, created by a company, aptly named "Shadow", was reportedly devel...

I keep hearing these rumours that the PPC is deliberately not setting up everything they need (like a constitution) because Maxime Bernier is planning to rejoin the CPC when the time is right.

Maybe the grassroots need to take on that project.
