So, I guess we can expect come new censorship laws this year.

Nobody has been able to answer my question as to how these new laws are appearing on the book without going through HOC and Senate debate, and Royal Assent. Are they just doing everything as Orders in Council now?

But if celebrating Calgary's win over Edmonton in the 1986 playoffs is naughty, then I am guilty of IceCrime.
