I hate the way that airlines nickel-and-dime customers, having us pay extra for each individual thing.

I try to fly with Southwest whenever I can, they're just a more honest and more transparent airline. When I need to cancel or re-schedule a flight, it's never an issue, there are no nonsensical fees to do so. I think that they apply a 12-month credit.
