Federal health minister cites lack of animosity in Canadian politics as asset in COVID fight

Post by Mark Fournier »

OTTAWA – Health Minister Patty Hajdu told senators Friday that Canada’s less fractured political culture has been an asset in the fight against COVID-19, especially compared to  America. Speaking at the Senate committee on social affairs, science and technology, Hajdu said politicians of all stripes had worked together to avoid the division seen in the United States.

This just makes me mad! If ever there was a time for "animosity", it would be when the PM declares himself a de facto dictator! The Opposition have worked so hard to "avoid division", that they have neglected their job!
