Covid-19 RICO Act

Post by Four Horses »

Covid-19 RICO Act

The CARES Act established the $150 billion Coronavirus Relief Fund.

Treasury has made payments from the Fund to States and eligible units of local government; the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories (the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands); and Tribal governments (collectively “governments”).

The CARES Act requires that the payments from the Coronavirus Relief Fund only be used to cover expenses that—
1. are necessary expenditures incurred due to the public health emergency with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID–19);
2. were not accounted for in the budget most recently approved as of March 27, 2020 (the date of enactment of the CARES Act) for the State or government; and
3. were incurred during the period that begins on March 1, 2020, and ends on December 30, 2020.

Guidance on eligible uses of Fund disbursements by governments is available below.

This is federal funding to health care entities via State Governments

We now know via Fox News that heath care and labs have deliberately registered false and inflated covid-19 numbers for Florida, up to 10-15x the actual true positive numbers. This has significant consequences to the state in terms of damaging their primary industry - tourism and providing government relief funds to fraudulent claims.

As there is little doubt these numbers have been deliberately falsified in Florida and quite possibly other states, money has been paid out through the CARES Act to support health care in afflicted states.

RICO is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

Reference:
Back in 2014-2015 a number of teachers, principals and administrators in the Atlanta School Board were charged under the RICO Act for falsifying student test scores. Those falsifications led to federal funds being dispersed through the State of Georgia to the Atlanta School Board for performance achievements of student in Atlanta schools, via teachers and administrators.

The only problem was that the the test scores were falsified to obtain the funds.
